We look them up and receive so many messages from Spirit.

So how can we keep track of the numbers and the messages?

1.) Write down the numbers you see.

2.) Write what you were doing speaking, thinking at the time you saw the number(s).

3.) Take notes on their meaning or how the messages they bring impact your life.

These notes may not mean anything to you when you see them but by keeping a journal to refer to, you can see how Spirit communicated with you at different times.
